only the top of the line products (Sherwin Williams). Many

business today use inferior products as it increases their
slim profit margin, this I will never do.

take the time to get a general idea of what the customer
wants. I take some measurements, and calculate some man
hours. It takes time to write a formal estimate (30-60
minutes). I write the firm quote on the job and print it off
in my van, this is convenient for both the customer and
myself.
If a 3rd party such as an insurance company is involved I
charge $75.00 for a formal written quote. A quick word here
